Rebecca Hobart, LCSWExecutive DirectorBecky has more than 20 years of direct experience working with children and families and was one of Ariel's first case managers. Becky received her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan and is licensed as a clinical social worker in the state of Colorado. Even as a child, Becky was driven to make the world a better place. Starting with collecting soup can labels for UNICEF, working with preschoolers on street safety and volunteering at a domestic violence shelter in Jr. High School. Becky always knew that her mission was to help others. Becky is proud to serve Ariel as the executive director and is passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care. |

Shirley Lee, MSWFront Range Regional DirectorShirley has a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and has worked with Ariel for the past 7 years. Shirley has over 20 years experience working in the human service field. Shirley was the Director of Community Learning Center (Proctor Care) and supervisor of the Juvenile Justice Program at Colorado West Mental Health in Mesa County. Shirley's parents are both hearing impaired and Shirley is fluent in American Sign Language. Growing up in the Deaf culture inspired Shirley to advocate for the rights of others and to be an agent of change. Shirley adopted three adolescents from the foster care system and is committed to providing quality homes to both children and adults in the Ariel programs. |

Carrie Over, MSWWestern Slope Deputy Director for Therapeutic Foster Care & Adult ProgramCarrie is our Grand Junction Program Director for Therapeutic Foster Care and the Adult Program. Carrie came to work at Ariel in 2000. Carrie was born and raised in Colorado and after an exciting career working in the restaurant, airline, and judiciary fields she landed home at Ariel. Carrie has always been drawn to the quirky, the creative and the challenging. As a child Carrie's best friend had a sister with severe developmental delays. Carrie knew from that time on that her mission would be to reach out to those whose differences she saw as strengths rather than weaknesses. Carrie has a bachelor's degree from Mesa State College and a Master's of Social Work from Colorado State University. |
